Terms of Service

Effective date: February 3, 2026

1. Agreement

By using Cyveera CTF, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with local laws. Organizations are responsible for the actions of their users.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your access tokens secure.

4. Acceptable use

  • No attacking infrastructure outside the event scope.
  • No sharing flags, credentials, or exploit code when prohibited.
  • No denial-of-service, brute force abuse, or cheating.

5. Content

Challenges, materials, and branding are owned by Cyveera or their licensors. You may not copy or redistribute without permission.

6. Events

Event organizers manage access, timing, and scoring rules. We may suspend or pause events to protect integrity or infrastructure.

7. User submissions

You retain ownership of your submissions. You grant Cyveera a limited license to display and process them for scoring and analytics.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or security risks. You may close your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyveera is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
